Dude you have muchhh work to do. one of the major things is bringing the bar in to your hips and using your your legs and hips to boost the bar before you engage your back. also you dont need to lift heavy, lighter reps working on for will recruit more fast twitch muscle fibres. it takes years to get a solid clean and jerk, even longer to perfect your snatch, i will compile a list of videos for you, this being said, you should find a coach, not a cross fit one an actual coach, at real weightlifting club. olympic weightlifting is THE BEST sports training there is. on this page, you can find a club near you (http://www.ontarioweightlifting.ca/clients.htm) and other information, here are some videos to help you get started. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYeKxTfVbx0 (not the greatest power clean, but this was at the olympics in the warm up area

watch how they lock their back and pinch they’re rhomboids before they even take it off the floor, theyre shoulders stay wayyy over the bar through ought the whole first and second pull, and in the third pull the weight shifts back to the balls of your feet befor exploding your hips UP, not out, and violently shrugging the bar upwords. catch the bar with your elbows at 90 degrees

in all seriousness tho, dont take my advice, i am an olympic weightlifting coach, and will be fully certified in april after i coach two of my lifters through theyre first competition. But go get a coach man, you need to have constant criticism and guidance to get it right dude.
